Fill in the entry form as you require.
Print a copy for your files then click Submit.
A pdf copy will be created and your email will open
     to send a copy to the office. Just click Send.
You will need Adobe Reader v11 or greater
     for this to work.
Or send a copy in the mail, fax or email and pay online.
